An invitation from Education Exchange to
A KENYAN EVENING
A chance to compare and contrast our lives in the UK with the everyday lives of people living in Kenya.
What makes people happy? What worries them? How do people live their daily life? What do they eat and drink? How do they spend their leisure time? What jobs do they do? What is transport like? What about health and education?
You’ll be able to sample a range of delicious Kenyan dishes, including Matoke (chicken & banana) Sukuma Wiki (kale), Mandazis (donuts) and Chai (sweet milky tea). It’s a chance to get closer to the daily lives of people who are very similar- and very different- from us in the UK
Hopton Village Hall 7pm Friday 6th July. And don’t eat before you come!!
